The first Goal is to help restructure the school lunch program for the public school systems, beginning at a local level with hopes of creating something that could be instituted nationally.
The second goal is to create curriculum for the public school systems K-12 that would educate today’s youth about what REAL FOODS are, where they come from, what is good for you and how to prepare these foods.
It makes sense to establish the change in the school lunch program and teach the curriculum educating kids about the relationship of food, energy and health at the same time.
